Wollongong Climate Action Network (WCAN) is a local community group which came together in Wollongong and the Illawarra in November 2006.

We aim:

• To encourage, enable and involve people to take action both individually and collectively.
•  To exert political influence at all levels of government to take action on Climate Change.
• To put Climate Change on business and community group agendas.

We welcome new members:
WCAN holds open meetings each month in Wollongong at 7pm on the last Tuesday of each month
The venue is now at Healthy Cities, 63 Auburn St, Wollongong.

At our meetings we plan events and exchange information. Join us for interesting evenings! Open to all.
